Fill with enough water to submerge broccoli, shake and rinse well. Repeat 2-3 times.
Fill with water again, flip broccoli so florets face down, and soak for 20 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables and sausage.
Cut off 1cm from the bottom of the stem, peel, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Soak broccoli in salt water for 5 minutes, wash and rinse.
Steam in a steamer for 3 minutes, then immediately rinse in cold water.
Add olive oil to a pan, stir-fry onion and garlic, then add sausage and broccoli and stir-fry.
When the sausages split open, add the sauce.
Once nicely browned, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
