Peel the radish with a peeler and julienne it.
Place the radish in a bowl, add 1 tbsp of coarse salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
While the radish is being salted, thinly slice the green onion.
Add the radish along with the moisture it released to a pan and stir-fry over high heat.
Once the radish is cooked, add perilla oil, green onion, and roasted sesame seeds and stir-fry for 1 more minute.
Quickly spread the stir-fried radish on a wide plate and let it cool.
