Soak glass noodles in water. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice green and red chili peppers diagonally. Cut green onion and onion into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine dark soy sauce 5T, red pepper flakes 5T, minced garlic 2T, corn syrup 3T, gochujang 1T, tuna fish sauce 1T, mirin 2T, and black pepper 0.5T to make the sauce.
Heat perilla oil 1T and cooking oil 1T in a pan and lightly pan-fry the tofu.
Add water 500ml, onion, and sauce to the pan with the pan-fried tofu.
Once the sauce boils, add the soaked glass noodles and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add cheongyang chili peppers, red chili peppers, and green onion, then simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
