Remove the base of the enoki mushrooms, wash in cold water, and separate into large clusters.
In a bowl, mix 1T gochujang, 1T red pepper powder, 2T dark soy sauce, 2T mirin, 2T corn syrup, 0.25T curry powder, 1T minced garlic, 3T water, and black pepper to make the seasoning sauce.
Melt 1T butter in a pan and neatly lay the enoki mushrooms in.
Pan-fry the enoki mushrooms on both sides, then lightly pour the seasoning sauce on top.
Braise until the moisture is gone and it is done.
