Peel the Korean pear and blend it with 100ml water in a blender
Make the sauce with 8T dark soy sauce, 4T mirin, 2T brown sugar, 2T corn syrup, 1T minced garlic, 1T sesame oil, and 1T black pepper
Pour the blended pear and sauce over the beef, toss to combine, and marinate for 30 minutes
