Wash the cockles thoroughly at the sink, rinsing 4-5 times

Rinse the purged cockles clean once more
Fill a pot with water; when bubbles appear, add 1 cup of cold water then immediately add the cockles and boil
Once some cockles begin to open, remove all of them and separate the meat from the shells
Prepare the seasoning sauce, finely chop the water parsley, crown daisy, and green onion, then toss with the cockles
