Rinse the aged kimchi thoroughly
Place kimchi in a bowl with sugar, knead together, and soak for 5 minutes
Remove, rinse again in water, and cut into bite-sized pieces
Season the cut kimchi with minced garlic, gochugaru, anchovy sauce, soup soy sauce, and sugar, and mix well
Trim the cheongyang chili peppers and green onion
In a pot, heat vegetable oil and stir-fry the pork
Add seasoned kimchi, pour in 500ml water, and boil for 5 minutes
Pour in another 500ml water, add cheongyang chili, green onion, and salt, then simmer for 5 to 10 more minutes
