In a bowl, add the pork, mix in sugar 1T, plum extract 1T, mirin 2T, then add gochujang 1T, red pepper flakes 2T, dark soy sauce 3T, oyster sauce 2T, minced garlic 1T, and black pepper 0.5T; mix well and marinate for 10 minutes
Prepare onion, green onion, cheongyang chili pepper, and kimchi
Heat 2T cooking oil in a pan, add the marinated pork neck and stir-fry, then add kimchi and stir-fry together over medium heat
Add onion, green onion, cheongyang chili pepper, and pour in 350ml bone broth; bring to a boil over high heat
Once boiling well, add starch slurry (corn starch 1T + water 3T) and drizzle sesame oil 1T to finish
