Place sea lettuce in a bowl, add 3T sea salt to cold water, then pull apart and knead to wash. Rinse 3-4 times until the water runs clear.
Drain in a strainer and squeeze out moisture.
Julienne the radish, add a pinch of flower salt and 1T sugar, massage, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix brewed soy sauce 1T, sugar 1T, plum extract 1T, minced garlic 0.5T, sesame salt 1T, and vinegar 2T to make the sauce.
Discard the liquid from the pickled radish and squeeze it dry.
Place sea lettuce and pickled radish in a bowl, mix together, then add the sauce while tasting for seasoning.
