Cut the dried pollock shreds to bite-sized pieces using scissors.
Dry-roast the pollock shreds in a pan, then set aside on a plate.
In the pan, add cooking oil 2 tbsp, oyster sauce 1 tbsp, soy sauce 2 tbsp, oligosaccharide syrup 1 tbsp, and turn off the heat once boiling.
Add the pollock shreds and stir-fry quickly, then mix in mayonnaise 1 tbsp, black pepper 0.2 T, sesame oil 0.5 T, oligosaccharide syrup 1.5 tbsp.
Sprinkle with almonds and sesame seeds to finish.
