Heat a pan over medium heat, add dried shrimp, and toast until crispy.
Sift the toasted shrimp through a strainer to remove debris and let cool.
Prepare the garlic and wrinkled peppers.
In the pan, add gochujang 3T, cooking oil 4T, brewed soy sauce 1T, red chili pepper powder 1T, and water 3T; bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once the sauce boils, add garlic and wrinkled peppers and stir-fry briefly.
Once the garlic and peppers are adequately cooked, turn off the heat, add dried shrimp, oligosaccharide syrup 3T, and sesame oil 1T, then toss with residual heat.
