Bring 2 liters of water to a boil with half a cup of cooking oil and half a cup of soy sauce, then add the glass noodles and cook for 10 minutes

Check that the noodles are done, drain in a colander, and shake off excess water
Add the noodles to the stir-fried vegetables, pour in 4 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of corn syrup, and 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, and toss well
Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish
